To the Manager of Safe Clean

On the 29th April 09 we had Jamie clean our carpets and lounge suit. We thought it only appropriate to write to you and compliment Jamie on his service and we ask that you pass on our thanks to him personally. We have used Ultradry mostly, but on the last occasion 6 months ago used SafeClean on recommendation, and because of the better job done, safeClean is now our cleaner of choice.

We would like to commend Jamie on his outstanding service. he had a huge job on his hands that morning and did an outstanding job. He was professional, puntural and stains that have been around for years are now gone. All who visit remark on the lounge suit and carpets and we recommend Jamie from SafeClean. We will use safeClean again and hope Jamie will be available.

Last Tuesday I has the absolute pleasure Jamie come in and clean the grout in our all-white ensuit. Not only was he punctual, professional and extremely skilled, but he was just wonderful courteous gentlemen. Nothing was to much for him and the care he took laying towles down to protect our carpet, just goes to show the level of service we recieved.

 

Couldn`t be happier with the results and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends and have you return to  our new house that sadly has more white grout than this one.
